Marie Lefèvre-Dubois has watched what is licensed in Belgium since 2019 and verifies every claim with an emphasis on bonus terms. Base: Liège.

How we test. we register like any other player, put an amount in via Bancontact, file a withdrawal request and measure it through to the account. Every operator goes past the Gaming Commission's white and black lists and read the bonus terms line by line.

The site runs on affiliate income; the assessment is not altered by it. An operator without a Belgian licence is described as such, commission or not.

What the law imposes

The rules on player protection here run more firmly than players tend to expect and you feel it on the first deposit. Every licence holder opens your account at €200 per week. Downwards it goes without an intermediate step, going beyond that takes a review and time.

EPIS is the Gaming Commission's central exclusion system: one registration excludes you at once from every licensed operator, online and on-site. Reversing it is not immediate. Since 1 September 2024 the minimum age is 21 for casino, gaming hall and betting; the National Lottery is the exception at 18. It applies online and on-site.
